Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Prior experience in any recruitment agency/ firm in core recruitments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-of-the-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes




- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Ability to handle pressure and cold calling.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for candidates for non-IT, Sales and Admin profiles. Preferably in any recruitment agency/ firm.
- Robust sourcing and networking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
