Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
- Handle offer negotiations and documentation

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Good organizational and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience in recruitment
- Graduate in any field (HR preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
