- Source and screen candidate profiles through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, colleges, consultants, and hiring partners.
- Communicate company policies, job roles, and employee perks effectively to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring databases accurately.
