Job Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee attendance and salary calculations.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory compliance.
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with clients and employees regarding payroll queries.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding, exit formalities, and compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA HR, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of experience in Payroll/HR.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor compliance,



and payroll processing.
- Good command of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
