About the Role

As we've grown, we've realised that great HR Operations isn't about maintaining spreadsheets or chasing paperwork.

It's about creating an experience where people can do the best work of their careers without having to worry about everything happening behind the scenes.

We're looking for someone who's excited to build that experience with us. This role is for someone who's organised without being rigid, dependable, and enjoys creating structure behind the scenes so the rest of the team can move faster. You'll work closely with our People team to ensure our HR processes run smoothly as we continue to scale.

What you'll do

- Own key HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, HRIS management and employee records.
- Ensure all HR processes, policies and documentation are accurate, compliant and completed on time.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, making sure every employee has a smooth and thoughtful experience from day one to their last day.
- Support payroll, leave management, insurance and other people operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help manage employee letters, contracts, background verification and other HR documentation.




- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes through better systems, automation and documentation as we continue to grow.

What makes you a good fit

- You genuinely enjoy bringing structure to chaos and get satisfaction from making processes run effortlessly.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations or Human Resources.
- You're highly organised, detail-oriented and rarely let things fall through the cracks.
- You handle confidential information with discretion and understand that trust is earned through consistency.
- You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and know how to stay calm when things get busy.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people across different teams and levels.
- You're someone who takes ownership, asks thoughtful questions and doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing.
- Experience with HRMS tools, payroll coordination or employee documentation will be a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter more.

Salary and Location

Location: Bangalore

Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team
