Key Responsibilities
Handle Background Verification (BGV) processes
Manage candidate and employee documentation
Coordinate with candidates and recruiters for timely document collection and verification
Handle Jumpstart activities and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate records
Who We're Looking For
1–1.5 years of experience in HR Operations
Hands-on experience in BGV handling and documentation
Good coordination and communication skills
Active, energetic, and highly organized
Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow
