We are looking for HR Operations specialist (3rd Party Payroll- Contract) for Bangalore location.

CTC: 5 to 9 lacs per annum 1. HR Operations

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee data management, and exit formalities

Maintain employee records, HRIS accuracy, and documentation in line with compliance requirements

Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR policies and processes

Support HR audits and ensure adherence to statutory and organisational policies

Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Payroll

Management

Manage monthly payroll inputs and validate payroll data including variable components, reimbursements, and statutory deductions

Coordinate with payroll vendors/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing

Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, tax regulations, etc.)

Support full & final settlements and exit-related payroll activities 3. HR Generalist Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and managers on day-to-day HR matters

Support recruitment coordination and onboarding experience for new hires





Assist in policy implementation, communication, and continuous improvement 4. Compliance & Governance

Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies

Maintain audit-ready documentation for HR processes

Coordinate with external vendors (BGV, payroll, benefits) and ensure service quality Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and labour laws

Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and payroll platforms

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Qualifications

MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field

7–10 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles

Prior experience in managing payroll and employee lifecycle processes
