Job Overview

GrowSkill IT is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR & Operations Executive (Placement Executive) to support student placements and HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, recruiters, and hiring partners to create placement opportunities while maintaining operational excellence and accurate records.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support students throughout their placement journey and career transition process.
- Coordinate with HRs, recruiters, and hiring partners to identify placement opportunities.
- Assist students with resume preparation, profile enhancement, and job applications.
- Apply and track student profiles on job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Schedule assessments, interviews, and placement drive for students.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview feedback, selection status, and offer updates.
- Achieve monthly placement targets as defined by management.
- Track student performance, attendance, mock interview scores, interview feedback, and placement outcomes.
- Maintain accurate student, employee, and placement records along with MIS reports.
- Organize placement drives, career guidance sessions, workshops, and employer interactions.
- Support HR operations,



documentation, compliance activities, and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and hiring partners for continuous placement opportunities

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.

Salary & Benefits

Freshers

- 21,000 25,000 per month (In-Hand)

Experienced Candidates

- 25,000 30,000 per month (In-Hand)

Incentives

- 10,000 20,000+ per month
- Uncapped incentives based on placement performance
