About the Role

LedgerGate Academy is looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment across all our branches. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all locations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Publish job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, HR records, and policy implementation.
- Coordinate recruitment requirements with branch heads and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, daily/weekly reports, and candidate pipelines.




- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across all LedgerGate Academy branches.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Robust interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
