HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Industry Preference: Real Estate Background Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations for a quick-growing organization in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition along with hands-on exposure to core HR operations.

This role requires regular coordination and travel across multiple office locations in Navi Mumbai, Central Mumbai, and Western Mumbai .

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70% – 80%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements across locations
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and networking
- Manage and coordinate hiring through recruitment vendors and consultancy partners
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely closures
- Negotiate commercials and monitor vendor performance
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts
- Ensure timely closures with quality hiring metrics
- Build strong talent pipelines within the real estate industry
- Manage recruitment MIS, trackers,



and hiring reports

HR Operations (20% – 30%)
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities
- Support HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Address employee queries and coordinate with management for HR initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment
- Mandatory experience from the Real Estate industry
- Experience in handling recruitment vendors and consultancy coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Comfortable traveling between office locations
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee management
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Any graduate with relevant experience can also apply
