Lead and establish a structured HR function across all business locations. Design, implement and institutionalize HR policies, SOPs, controls and governance frameworks. Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy and organizational manpower management.

Oversee end-to-end payroll architecture, salary structures, compensation administration and payroll governance. Ensure complete statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, LWF, Skilled Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labour laws. Supervise and validate PF ECR, PF Challans, ESIC Challans, LWF, PT filings and all statutory returns within prescribed timelines.

Lead compliance audits and establish systems to ensure statutory and legal adherence across all branches. Build and maintain a robust employee lifecycle framework covering onboarding, confirmation, transfers,



separation and full & final settlements. Drive implementation and optimization of HRMS, biometric systems and centralized employee data management.

Develop HR dashboards, MIS reports, analytics and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Partner with Management, Finance and Operations to align HR strategy with business objectives. Lead employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management and performance management initiatives.

Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to build a scalable and professionally managed HR organization.
