Job Title Human Resource (HR) Manager Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance with labor laws, and organizational development. The role focuses on creating a positive work environment while supporting business objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. Oversee employee performance management and appraisal systems. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Coordinate employee training, learning, and development programs. Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. Support succession planning and talent management strategies. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce planning data for management.
Advise managers on HR best practices and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field. Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred. Skilled HR certifications are an advantage.

Experience Typically 3–8 years of experience in human resources, depending on the organization's requirements.

Working Conditions Primarily office-based with regular interaction across departments. May require occasional travel for recruitment, training, or company events. Standard business working hours with flexibility during peak recruitment or organizational initiatives.
