- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Improve hiring quality and reduce recruitment turnaround time Performance Management - Implement and monitor KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in performance reviews and employee development
- Foster a high-performance work culture Employee Engagement & Culture - Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Organize learning, development, and recognition programs
- Resolve employee grievances and strengthen workplace relationships HR Operations - Ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and policy implementation
- Maintain employee records and HR compliance
- Drive process improvements and HR best practices Compliance & Statutory - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Coordinate audits and maintain HR documentation
- Support payroll inputs and attendance management Business Partnering - Work closely with business leaders on workforce planning
- Provide HR insights that support business growth

We're Looking For Someone Who ✅ Has 8–15 years of HR experience ✅ Has worked in Manufacturing, Engineering, Textile, Fabric, Industrial or similar sectors ✅ Understands Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance & HR Operations ✅ Has experience in Recruitment, Performance Management & Employee Engagement ✅ Can confidently interact with senior leadership ✅ Is proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented ?
