About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager / Head - HR to lead our HR operations and talent strategy in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, driving organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring robust HR compliance and operations within our IT Services &

- Consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.

- Talent Management &
- Acquisition:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and secure top-tier talent.

- Operations &

- Compliance:

Manage daily HR operations, payroll inputs, employee relations, performance management systems, and statutory compliance.

- Employee Engagement &

- Retention:





Drive impactful employee engagement initiatives, address grievances promptly, and champion employee wellness and satisfaction.

- Policy Implementation: Design, update, and implement company policies and procedures in line with industry standards and legal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity (preferably within IT Services &
- Consulting).

- Education: MBA / Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Competencies: Robust leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR metrics.

- Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur / 5 days WFO).
