Role Description The HR Manager at Lotus Care will oversee end-to-end human resources operations to support a growing workforce of caregivers and office staff. This full-time, on-site role based in Rewa includes managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing for client needs.
The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with Lotus Care’s values of trust and high-quality care. The role involves handling employee relations,
conflict resolution, and grievance procedures, as well as coordinating training, compliance, and professional development for caregivers and internal teams. The HR Manager will also maintain accurate HR records, support payroll and advantages administration in collaboration with finance, and provide HR reporting and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in policy development, HR compliance, and documentation, ideally within healthcare or service-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, and comfort working with data for reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on building trust and supporting diverse teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Rewa, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or marketplace platforms is beneficial, along with an understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
