Role Description This remote internship role as an HR Manager Intern involves supporting day-to-day human resources operations and people processes.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as job posting, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern helps with onboarding documentation, HR databases, and employee records to ensure accurate and confidential data management. They may support the creation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications,
as well as contribute to performance feedback and training coordination.
This internship role offers exposure to HR best practices in a dynamic consulting and technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong interest in human resources, people operations, and talent management; ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a remote setting.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
Comfort with using digital tools and HR-related software; proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, collaboration platforms).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail for reviewing candidate profiles, HR data, and documentation accurately.
Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Exposure to startup or consulting environments, and familiarity with basic HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement) is beneficial.
