JJ Groups is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR operations — from employee management to statutory compliance and government liaison work.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and exit process

- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and day-to-day people management

- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

- Coordinate recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters

- Liaise with government offices for PF, ESI, Labour License, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory registrations/renewals

- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with labour laws

- Handle audits and inspections from labour/regulatory authorities

- Develop and implement HR policies and maintain employee records





- Support payroll processing and compensation administration

Requirements:

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

- 4–7 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive

- Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

- Proven experience liaising with government departments/officials

- Good communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills

- Proficiency in MS Office/HRMS

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
