- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining formalities, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and monthly HR dashboards.
- Support training and development activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications
