Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions (IMBS) is a fast-growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company providing end-to-end medical billing services to healthcare providers across the United States. Our services include insurance verification, claims processing, denial management, medical coding support, and payment posting, helping healthcare organizations optimize their revenue cycle.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR function and build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Partner with department heads to fulfill hiring and workforce planning needs.




- Lead and mentor the HR team while driving continuous process improvements.
- Support organizational development and employee retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in recruitment and team management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
