HR Manager – Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing plant in SIDCUL, Haridwar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in manufacturing HR operations, labour law compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and maintain contractor compliance.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures.




- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee records.
- Support statutory audits and labour inspections.
- Handle HR administration and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Haridwar will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
