About The Role Lead statutory HR compliance across Induspect's manpower and staffing operations. Ensure labour law compliance, client statutory requirements and HR governance while coordinating with Operations, Accounts, Recruitment and client representatives across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Central and State labour laws.
- Manage client compliance requirements and statutory documentation.
- Lead internal and client HR compliance audits.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations,



Accounts, Site Teams and Administration.
- Prepare HR compliance MIS and audit reports.
- Develop SOPs, checklists and improve compliance processes.

Experience

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems and compliance portals preferred.
