Manages the complete employee lifecycle at the regional office, ensuring the timely recruitment of specialized technical talent. Oversees labor compliance, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities while collaborating closely with project leadership to align field operations with corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- The Regional HR Manager oversees the full spectrum of human resources for our Regional Office.
- This role is responsible for driving technical recruitment, managing daily HR operations like attendance and engagement, and enforcing strict labor compliance.
- You will act as a HR Collaborator to Project Leadership, bridging the gap between site operations and corporate policies.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding at the regional office and project site.
- Drive the timely, end-to-end recruitment of specialized technical talent.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team at Corporate Office for further course of actions.
- Collaborate directly with Project Leadership to align field operations with corporate policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary HR advisor to the Project Leadership and site managers on employee relations, performance, and localized grievances
- Enforce strict compliance with statutory labor laws, local employment regulations, and workmen compensation schemes.
- Partner with the Safety (HSE) team to verify mandatory safety inductions and specialized machinery licenses for site personnel.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of attendance management systems (biometric/digital) for both office staff and field supervisors.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly attendance inputs.
- Collaborate with Training and development team at Corporate Office and execute tailored employee engagement activities that cater to a dual workforce
- Implement motivation and recognition initiatives to build morale and reduce employee turnover.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA or HR Certification is highly preferred.
Experience
- Above 8 years of core HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in Real Estate, Highrise Construction, or large-scale Infrastructure projects.
Languages Preference
- Proficiency in the local language (Tamil/Kannada, based on location) with working knowledge of Telugu, English & Hindi
