Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects and rollouts of our global Travel Solution, Concur, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

- Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.

- Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to understand travel needs and develop strategies to optimize travel operations and policies.

- Manage the integration and configuration of travel management systems.

- Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations by integrating them into system configurations and workflows.

- Support daily operations related to our travel solutions, ensuring seamless system functionality.

- Resolve incident tickets and service requests and coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.

- Ensure continuous system availability and performance.

- Participate in Scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

Qualifications

- Depth knowledge of SAP HCM master data

- Experience in supporting data management within authorization and identity management

- Knowledge of standard integrations with financial systems

- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science,



Business Administration, or comparable qualifications.

- Extensive experience (at least 8 years) with SAP Concur with international experience and additional experience in similar travel management solutions represent a plus.

- Robust understanding of corporate travel management systems and best practices in travel strategy and operations.

- Proven experience in project management, particularly in executing HR IT initiatives related to travel solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; beginner-level skills in German are optional.

- International experience, having lived or worked abroad.

- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.

- Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.

- A good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
