About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for freshers and HR students seeking hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Payroll Support, Attendance Management, and HR Administration within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other hiring channels.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Support onboarding, HR documentation, and employee record management.
- Assist with attendance, payroll inputs, and HR MIS.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) / MMS (HR) – Pursuing or Recently Completed.
- BBA, BMS, B.Com, or equivalent graduates.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills




- Basic knowledge of HR and Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
