Your Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Actively source, screen, and engage candidates across various tech stacks for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior engineering roles.
2. Policy Framework & Operations: Collaborate directly with leadership to help research, draft, and implement internal HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance standards.
3. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and creative networking channels to build a sustainable talent pipeline for hard-to-fill tech positions.
4. On-boarding & Engagement: Assist in structuring seamless on-boarding experiences for new hires and helping drive team culture initiatives.
5. Communication & Employer Branding: Act as the first point of contact for prospective candidates,



effectively pitching Bluespacelabs’ vision and culture.
