Stipend:
- ₹9,000 per month
Incentives:
- ₹5 per lead generated
- ₹100 per successful payroll conversion
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Source candidates through various job portals and social platforms
- Screen and coordinate with candidates
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Maintain daily recruitment reports
Performance Expectations:
- Minimum 20 candidate uploads per day
- Mandatory attendance reporting twice daily
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
