Key Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation in compliance with NABH Standard
- Support the preparation, filing, and organization of NABH-related HR documents and records.
- Ensure employee files, training records, and compliance documents are updated and accurately maintained.
- Assist in preparing documentation required for internal and external NABH audits.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile HR compliance records.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential files.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Help draft HR communications, policies, and notices.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends as required.
