At CodeXcelerate, we’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to learn how HR works in a quick-growing IT startup. This internship is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience rather than just theoretical knowledge.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
- Work closely with the management team on hiring and organizational activities.

Who Can Apply?
- MBA students (HR specialization preferred) or recent graduates.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interested in startups, technology, and people management.
- Able to commit for the full 3-month internship.
