Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Update and organize employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate with employees and different departments on HR-related activities.

Track daily tasks and pending work.

Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining performance records.





Support employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace discipline.

Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
