Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee onboarding and induction.

- Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records.

- Resolve employee grievances and provide HR support.

- Coordinate with client HR and internal recruitment teams.

- Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws).

- Verify employee documents and maintain HR records.

- Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and retention.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Support payroll by validating attendance and employee data.

- Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination.





Eligibility

- Education: Graduation (MBA in HR is preferred).

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an HR Implant / HR Executive in the general staffing industry.

- Languages: Positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
