- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment for academic professors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Policy Implementation: Design and update human resource policies tailored to higher education standards.
- Performance Management: Manage staff appraisals, professional development, and promotion cycles.
- Employee Relations: Maintain a positive, productive campus environment and resolve internal grievances.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to state labor laws and institutional regulatory frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or a Post Graduate Degree in PM&IR; / Social Work.
- Experience: Senior-level experience managing HR operations, preferably within an academic or large institutional setting.
- Skills: Robust leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and knowledge of higher-education staffing norms.
