In this role, you will manage and optimize daily HR operations, support strategic HR initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the overall employee experience. You will be exposed to multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, policies, benefits, administration, and operations. Freshers are welcome to kickstart their HR journey with us!

Hyderabad Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations & Administration

Oversee and streamline daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records.

Ensure accurate HR documentation and data management in HR systems.

Administer and track leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.

Maintain compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues.

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes.





Support candidate experience and engagement during hiring and onboarding.

Engagement & Experience

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Organize and coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and company events.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.

- Technology & HR Tools

Utilize HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Sheets to manage HR tasks efficiently.

Leverage technology for automation and process improvement in HR operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field. 2.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and leadership.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset to address employee queries and operational challenges proactively.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
