We are looking for a motivated HR & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations, marketing activities, and talent placement initiatives of our company.
The candidate will play a key role in managing internal HR functions, assisting in business growth, and helping students from our academy secure job opportunities in other companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment, HR coordination, and employee management.
- Help with marketing activities, outreach, and partnership building.
- Coordinate with companies to create placement opportunities for academy students.
- Guide and assist students in resume preparation, interview scheduling, and placement processes.
- Maintain communication with industry partners and hiring companies.
- Organize training sessions, workshops,
and placement drives for academy students.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in HR, operations, marketing, and student career development.
- Ability to build relationships with companies and hiring managers.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and marketing activities is preferred.
