HR Executive – Talent Acquisition Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Company: GetLook Salon at Home About the Role GetLook Salon at Home is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles, while also supporting the hiring and onboarding of beauticians. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and helping us build high-performing teams as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Support the hiring and onboarding of beauticians.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings across recruitment platforms and social media.

Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.





Work closely with different departments to understand hiring requirements.

Support day-to-day HR and recruitment operations as required.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, Excel, and other recruitment tools.

Experience in startup hiring or volume hiring will be an added advantage. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people management skills.
