Shift Timings: 12 (Noon) to 9:30 PM

Interview Mode- Walk-in

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Understand technical requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultancies
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining formalities
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, ID creation, etc.)
- Support HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Assist in payroll coordination and compliance documentation
- Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and internal communications




- Ensure HR process compliance and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Executive in an IT company
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment (technical roles preferred)
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and LinkedIn sourcing
- Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and documentation
- Basic exposure to payroll and attendance systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communications
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
