We are hiring an HR Executive to manage on-ground HR operations at our factory in Ruiya Industrial Complex, Kolkata, with occasional travel to 2 other nearby factory sites.
Responsibilities: Manage daily attendance and leave records for factory workers Draft and implement worker policies and HR documentation Provide on-ground HR support and address worker queries/grievances Coordinate with factory management on workforce planning Support onboarding and exit formalities for factory staff Travel periodically to 2 other nearby factory locations for HR coordination Requirements: 3-5 years experience in HR operations, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setup Comfortable working full-time from the factory location, with occasional travel Positive communication in Hindi/Bengali; basic English
