Role & Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding:

Achieve hiring targets as assigned by management.

Issue offer and appointment letters after verifying eligibility.

Provide proper job orientation to ensure effective use of manpower.

Arrange training programs for recent employees and collect evaluation reports from team leaders.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain employee attendance and prepare related reports.

Process employee salaries on time.

Coordinate and organize performance review meetings as scheduled.

Monitor all departments to ensure proper manpower utilization.

Maintain employee records and documents confidentially, and handle official files accurately.

Maintain all official records accurately and ensure proper system and IT maintenance.

Manage billing-related activities, maintain and track stock and inventory.

Ensure clean and well-maintained infrastructure.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

Maintain good public and client relationships.





Create and maintain a positive work environment through professional relationships.

Issue memos to employees when required.

Support employee appraisal based on performance improvement.

Organize and manage company events effectively to ensure team stability and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications & Skills

Any Degree (MBA in HR preferred).

Experience level options

Junior HR Executive: Minimum 6 Months to 2 Years of experience.

Senior HR Executive: Minimum 2 Years to 6 Years of experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll processes.

Knowledge of HRIS & Tally is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
