- Responsible for coordinating with Managers and business partners for perspective candidates.
- Responsible for all positions, excellent in handling job portals. (Naukri.com, Linkedin)
- Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Technically Robust, Good knowledge of recruitment.
- Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of positions
- No delay in follow up with stakeholders and candidates, Focusing on proper screening of candidates.
