Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.




- Support employee engagement initiatives and company activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in hiring for IT and non-IT roles is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting for software development, UI/UX, QA, digital marketing, or business development roles.
- Knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with ATS or HRMS tools is an advantage.
