We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented HR Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment , employee and on-boarding, HR documentation, attendance management, and other day-to-day HR operations .
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, and labour laws).
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred. Freshers with good HR knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, PF, ESI, and Indian labour laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Job details
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
