Role Description An HR Business Analyst will evaluate workforce data, improve human resources processes, and optimize HR technology systems to align people operations with company goal. He will be responsible for Data Analysis and Reporting, Track metrics, Build dashboards, Improve workflows, Workforce planning, Ensure compliance etc.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate URS into detailed technical design documents (ETL flows, data models, logic)
- Implement and maintain solutions in Visier, including data ingestion, semantic layer configuration, and security/access setup
- Define and document ETL processes (DataStage) and data structures (Oracle DB)
- Write SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting




- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Support QA and testing activities (unit/UAT) with data validation and expected results
- Review dashboards and reports (Power BI, Qlik Sense) for accuracy vs. requirements
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and end-to-end traceability

Education and Skill-set Required

- Degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / related
- A minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, including at least 3 years in HR technology projects
- Experience with HR analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data integration
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, UAT, and stakeholder management
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and cross-functional collaboration
- Solid experience in Predictive Analysis and AI Capabilities
- Experience working with Visier (People Analytics platform)
- Experience in BI / Data / Analytics environments
- Working experience with BI tools – ETL and dashboarding tools
- Hands-on usage of Power BI and Qlik Sense
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of ETL and data warehousing (DataStage, Oracle, Azure data bricks)
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
- Advantage - Hands-on experience with Visier, including data loading, modelling (semantic layer), and security configuration
