HR Associate

Job Location: Thrippunithura, Ernakulam, Kerala

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Associates to join our HR team. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
- Conduct candidate calling and follow-ups.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and attendance reports.
- Post job openings and manage applications.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- Good communication skills; Hindi, Tamil, and English proficiency is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Preference:
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Day scholars preferred.
