Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide support to the HR team on generalist activities such as recruitment, training, and development initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to employee relations or benefits administration.

- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processes for employees.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A./B.M.S.).

- Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations (MBA/PGDM) preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including recruitment, training, development, performance management, compensation &

advantages administration.
