HR & Recruitment Executive

Job Summary

Manage the complete recruitment process.

Responsibilities and Duties

Understand manpower requirements from different departments.

Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media and other recruitment channels. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, recruitment agencies and qualified networks.

Screen applications and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Conduct preliminary telephone, video or face-to-face interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collect candidate documents, salary details and employment information.





Assist in salary negotiation and preparation of offer letters.

Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and interview records.

Build a talent pool for current and future vacancies.

Coordinate with colleges, consultants and placement agencies when required.

Support employee onboarding and induction activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree with 2 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience using job portals such as Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn or similar platforms.

Candidates must have spoken Hindi proficiency.

Willingness to conduct field recruitment or attend job fairs when required
