We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead and supervise housekeeping operations across multiple residential apartment buildings. Job Summary The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising housekeeping operations across multiple apartment communities. The role involves managing housekeeping staff, conducting regular site inspections, maintaining quality standards, ensuring adequate manpower deployment, and coordinating with facility managers, residents, and vendors to deliver exceptional housekeeping services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping operations across multiple residential apartment buildings.
- Plan and allocate housekeeping staff based on operational requirements and occupancy.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, lobbies, corridors, staircases, parking areas, terraces, clubhouses, and landscaped spaces.
- Ensure all assigned properties maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and service standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, attendance records, and leave schedules.




- Monitor staff performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Ensure the proper use, storage, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and housekeeping supplies.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers and apartment associations to resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports for management.
- Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requirements and special maintenance requests.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or any relevant discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, hospitality, or residential property management.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent planning and manpower allocation abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and chemicals.
- Vendor and inventory management.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel between multiple apartment sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
