In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department
- Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e. g. , lifting, bending,



standing for long periods).
- Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
- Productive in completing tasks within set timeframes.
- Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Here s what you ll do during a typical day:
- Keep guest rooms spotless: Supervise the room attendants and ensure clean and tidy rooms, ensure beds are made, bathrooms are cleaned, dusting is done, vacuuming is done, and room attendants are performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities: Ensure bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed are replaced by room attendants
- Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas are done on time by attendants
