- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and cashier for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area as per food safety standards.
- Clear tables, replenish cutlery, crockery, and service stations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in opening and closing duties and other operational tasks as assigned.
