The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene and orderliness in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces The role ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests by adhering to hotel cleanliness standards and providing effective service Key Responsibilities Clean organize and service guest rooms as per hotel standards Replace linens towels and amenities according to SOP Ensure bathrooms are cleaned sanitized and replenished with supplies Maintain cleanliness in corridors elevators and public areas Handle guest laundry requests with care and efficiency Report any maintenance issues or lost found items immediately Follow safety and hygiene guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist in setting up rooms for VIP guests and special requests Respond promptly and courteously to guest queries or requests Ensure proper care and use of housekeeping equipment and supplies Support housekeeping team in achieving departmental goals and guest satisfaction Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time
