We looking for a proactive and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a premium residence.

Position: House Manager

Location: Sector I, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Shift: 12 Hours

Eligibility:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Solid organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage household staff, vendors, and daily operations efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all household operations.
- Manage housekeeping staff, drivers, cooks, security, and other domestic personnel.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance,



and upkeep of the residence.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor services.
- Maintain household inventory and procure required supplies.
- Manage guest hospitality and support family events.
- Monitor household expenses and maintain records.
- Ensure confidentiality, discipline, and high service standards at all times.
