We are looking for an experienced and confident Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Karnal. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while effectively managing hotel operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure excellent standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and other departments.
- Monitor occupancy, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident personality with strong decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in guest relationship management.
- Ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
